Welcome to our store! By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Use
By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Sales & Final Sale Policy
All Trading Card Game (TCG) products sold by us are final sale. This includes sealed products, singles, and mystery items.
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of TCG products:
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
- We are not responsible for pack contents or pull rates
Opened or tampered sealed products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
3. Order Fulfillment (Sealed vs Rip & Ship)
- All orders are fulfilled as sealed products by default and shipped unopened.
- Orders will only be opened live on stream if clearly designated as Rip & Ship at the time of purchase (e.g., selected option, note, or live purchase intent).
If no Rip & Ship request is made, your order will be shipped sealed.
4. Rip & Ship Service
Rip & Ship is an optional service we provide.
By selecting or requesting Rip & Ship:
- You authorize us to open your product on your behalf during a live stream
- Once opened, the order is considered fulfilled and final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided regardless of results
We may record or stream these openings publicly.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before they are opened (Rip & Ship) or before they are shipped (sealed orders)
- Once an order has been opened or shipped, it cannot be canceled
Customers must contact us promptly for any cancellation requests.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier
- This includes lost, stolen, or delayed shipments
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout
Tracked and/or insured shipping options are recommended where available.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo evidence
We will review and resolve eligible claims at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest all chargebacks with supporting evidence (including shipping confirmation and stream recordings)
- Refuse future service to customers who abuse the dispute process
- Cancel orders or take further action in cases of suspected fraud
9. In-Person Sales
All purchases made at events, trade shows, or pop-ups are final sale. Customers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
10. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a positive community.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Remove or ban users
For behavior including, but not limited to:
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Chargeback abuse
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies outlined above.
