Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our store! Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase
- During high-volume periods (streams, product drops, events), processing times may be extended
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Fulfillment Types
- Sealed Orders: Shipped unopened unless otherwise specified
- Rip & Ship Orders: Opened live on stream and then packaged and shipped afterward
If no Rip & Ship request is made, your order will be fulfilled and shipped as a sealed product.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped using tracked shipping by default whenever available
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier
By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
- These issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier directly
If needed, we will assist by providing tracking information and supporting details.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents
We will review and resolve eligible claims at our discretion.
Combined Shipping & Order Holds
- Multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment when possible
- Customers may request to hold orders to combine with future purchases
Held Order Terms:
- If shipping has already been paid on a previous order, held orders may be automatically shipped after 2 or more months of inactivity if no further instructions are provided
- If shipping has not been paid, and there has been no contact or response for 2–3 months, the order will be considered abandoned
Abandoned orders may be:
- Donated, restocked, or otherwise handled at our discretion
- Not eligible for refund, return, or recovery
Customers are responsible for maintaining communication regarding held orders and shipping requests.
Additional Shipping Charges & International Orders
Shipping costs paid at checkout are estimates based on the information available at the time of purchase.
- If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid (due to increased weight, package size, combined orders, or shipping method), we reserve the right to invoice the customer for the difference before shipment
- Orders will not be shipped until any outstanding shipping balance has been paid
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country
- These fees are not included in our shipping rates and may vary depending on the order value and destination
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
In-Person Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup or event pickup is offered:
- Customers must coordinate pickup in advance
- Orders not claimed within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation or restocking at our discretion
